In Northern Colorado, Sample Supports offers a wide range of services designed to promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful engagement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs include residential services and host home placements that provide safe, supportive living environments, as well as adult day programs that focus on building life skills, social connections, and community involvement. We also provide supported employment services to help individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful jobs, along with tailored behavior services that encourage personal growth and self-reliance. Together, these services create a comprehensive support system that helps people thrive at home, at work, and in their communities across Northern Colorado.
