Ali leads teams dedicated to providing safe, meaningful, and person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With experience spanning work with children, teens, and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders, Ali brings both clinical insight and practical compassion to every aspect of her role.

Before stepping into program leadership, Ali worked directly with clients as a Behavioral Health Technician across multiple settings, gaining a deep understanding of the daily needs, barriers, and strengths of the individuals she serves. This front-line experience continues to inform her approach as a manager and advocate.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in clinical counseling. She is a certified CPR/First Aid trainer, a licensed Assisted Living Administrator, and a Notary Public for the State of Colorado.
