Calm Minds Program
Interventions Used: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
This group is designed to help participants better manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions through practical, easy-to-use skills. Sessions focus on learning how to stay present, handle intense feelings, and respond more calmly in challenging situations. Participants practice tools they can use in real time—at home, school, or work—while building confidence and consistency in a supportive group setting.
