Interns can pursue opportunities in specialized fields such as Licensed Clinical Social Work, Licensed Professional Counseling, Licensed or Certified Addictions Counseling, and Clinical Counseling Services, gaining direct exposure to therapeutic practices, behavioral supports, and treatment planning.
For those interested in broader human services, placements are available in Disability Services, Behavior Counseling & Assessment, Assisted Living Services, High Risk Housing, and Community Integration, allowing interns to work alongside experienced staff in real-world service environments. Sample Supports also offers unique opportunities in Policy & Advocacy, Administrative Services, and Child Welfare Services, giving interns a chance to engage in systems-level work, leadership development, and program coordination.
