Martha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with more than a decade of experience supporting teens and adults across a wide range of behavioral health needs. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her work, grounded in clinical expertise, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual’s goals and lived experience.

Martha earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2012 and has since built extensive experience working with individuals facing physical, emotional, and intellectual challenges. Her clinical background includes work with trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and major life transitions, and she draws on this broad skill set to help clients identify and work toward meaningful, personalized goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Martha leads Sample Therapy, where she oversees services that emphasize high-quality, accessible, and person-centered mental health care. Through her leadership and direct practice, she is committed to strengthening systems of support and helping individuals build more stable, fulfilling lives.
