Relapse Prevention

Interventions Used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relapse Prevention Model (Marlatt & Gordon), Motivational Interviewing (MI), DBT-informed skills

This group is structured to help participants recognize early warning signs, understand personal triggers, and build practical strategies to stay on track over time. Sessions focus on real-life situations, combining skill-building with guided discussion so participants can learn how to manage urges, respond differently to stress, and strengthen decision-making. Each person develops a personalized relapse prevention plan while gaining tools they can use immediately, along with the support and accountability of a small group setting.
