Employment Skills Group

Interventions Used: Person-Centered Planning, Supported Employment Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Skills-Based Learning & Role Play, Motivational Interviewing (MI)

This program helps participants build the skills needed to find, obtain, and maintain employment. Sessions focus on real-world job readiness—like communication, workplace behavior, problem-solving, and follow-through—while also addressing confidence and barriers that can get in the way of success. Participants practice skills in a supportive setting and develop strategies they can use on the job. We are an approved provider through DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation), allowing eligible participants to access services as part of their employment plan.
