Gender Identity Support

Interventions Used: Gender-Affirming Care (WPATH-informed), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Minority Stress Framework

This group provides a supportive, structured space for individuals to explore and strengthen their sense of identity while building practical tools for everyday life. Sessions focus on understanding emotions, managing anxiety, navigating social and family situations, and responding to the unique stressors that can come with being gender diverse. Participants gain skills they can use right away, along with a sense of connection and confidence in a small, affirming group environment.
