Sample Supports provides a full continuum of employment-focused services through DVR, designed to support individuals from initial assessment through long-term job success.
We offer comprehensive vocational and behavioral supports, including vocational and situational assessments to identify strengths and career pathways, job placement and paid work experiences to build real-world skills, and job coaching and workplace readiness training to ensure success on the job. Our team also provides personal and work adjustment training, helping individuals develop the emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal skills needed to maintain employment.
In addition, we offer psychological restoration services and mental health counseling to address barriers that may impact employment, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual’s success.
All services are delivered by an ACRE-trained team, focused on creating meaningful, sustainable employment outcomes in integrated community settings.
