Chloe is an operations and executive support professional who brings structure, clarity, and heart to our fast-moving team. In her role as Operations Manager, she keeps things running smoothly across multiple programs – whether that’s helping navigate regulatory requirements, supporting staff across departments, or making sure systems and communication stay on track.

Chloe’s background is a unique blend of C-level executive assistance, HR and benefits support, legal work, and direct behavioral therapy. Chloe also brings her energy to Riversong Inn in Estes Park, supervising our high performing crew. Thanks to her natural ability to support guests, lead a team, and keep operations running smoothly. That mix of people-centered work and operational savvy shows up in everything she does.

Known for being calm, organized, and unflappable, Chloe is the person who jumps in, figures things out quickly, and keeps everyone connected.

A Colorado native, she earned her Psychology degree from CU Boulder and is currently working toward her MSW at Colorado State University.
