Courtney is a seasoned Behavior and Residential Program Manager at Sample Supports, where she has been a steady, impactful leader since 2022. With close to a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—including five years practicing ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician—Courtney brings a rare blend of clinical insight, behavioral expertise, and compassionate leadership to her work.
Before joining Sample Supports, Courtney provided ABA services across diverse settings, strengthening her foundation in behavior intervention, skill-building, and person-centered support. At Sample, she now oversees residential programs serving more than 100 individuals across multiple IRSS settings, guiding teams of caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals, and ensuring high-quality, mission-driven care.
Her career has included roles such as Program Director at The Roost Training Center, where she developed individualized plans, led group instruction, and maintained essential partnerships with BCBAs, case managers, and families. She has also provided direct community-based support through PASCO, reinforcing her commitment to empowering individuals in their daily lives.
Courtney holds a B.A. in Anthropology & Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Colorado State University, where she graduated cum laude. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Colorado State University.
