Behavior Program Manager

Emma is a dedicated behavioral health professional with a strong foundation in human development, clinical support, and person-centered care. As Behavior Program Manager, she leads a multidisciplinary team in developing individualized behavior plans using CBT, ABA, and trauma-informed approaches to help individuals thrive in their daily environments. She is known for her calm presence, strong assessment skills, and ability to advocate for the supports and resources each person needs to succeed.

Before joining Sample Supports, Emma gained extensive experience across healthcare and social services, including roles as a Patient Care Technician, Unit Secretary, and Case Manager at Ernest Health, where she supported patients throughout their hospital stays. She has also served as an Activity Director in senior living, a Direct Support Provider for adults with developmental disabilities, and a teaching and research assistant during her academic studies. Across these roles, Emma has built a reputation for empathy, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Colorado State University. She is certified in CPR/First Aid and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and brings a strong clinical lens informed by hands-on experience, research involvement, and service-focused work in community settings.
