Denver SCC/SE Program Manager
Jordan is a compassionate and highly dedicated human services professional with deep experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the Day/SE Program Manager for Sample Supports, Jordan leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees program operations, and ensures that every participant receives person-centered, dignified, and empowering services. Known for a calm, steady leadership style and a strong focus on communication and collaboration, Jordan creates environments where people—and teams—can grow, gain independence, and genuinely thrive.
With a background spanning day habilitation, supported employment, residential services, and direct support, Jordan brings a comprehensive understanding of the IDD field. Her work has consistently centered on improving quality of life, strengthening systems, and building meaningful community connections. She is skilled in developing individualized service plans, guiding staff, maintaining compliance, coordinating employer partnerships, and using thoughtful assessment to remove barriers and support progress.
Jordan began her career as a Direct Support Mentor at Sample Supports and has since held roles including Developmental Specialist and Program Support Coordinator, steadily expanding her expertise across settings and populations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Mental Health concentration and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work, further deepening her commitment to advancing the field.
