Alexis is a compassionate social work professional who brings a strong foundation in advocacy, person-centered support, and community-based care to her role as North Behavior Program Manager at Sample Supports. With experience supporting individuals across disability services, case management, and health equity settings, Alexis approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding each person’s unique needs.

Before joining Sample Supports, Alexis worked as a Case Manager with Pacific Center for Human Growth, supporting LGBTQ+ older adults through individualized care planning, resource coordination, regular client visits, and ongoing documentation. She also completed a practicum with Foothills Gateway, where she gained experience in disability services and strengthened her skills in communication, relationship-building, advocacy, and professional social work practice.

Alexis has also worked in health equity through an internship with One Colorado, focusing on the experiences and needs of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive Coloradans. Her work included program development, LGBTQ+ trainings, and program evaluation, further developing her ability to approach services through an inclusive and equity-focused lens.

Alexis earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University, graduating with a 3.83 GPA, and is pursuing her Master of Social Work at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid.

As North Behavior Program Manager, Alexis brings together her social work education, advocacy experience, and commitment to person-centered care to support individuals and teams in creating meaningful, sustainable outcomes. She is known for being warm, team-oriented, poised under pressure, and eager to learn—qualities that complement her commitment to helping people feel heard, respected, and supported.
