Olivia Karwoski

Boulder County Behavior Program Manager

Olivia oversees behavioral services, supports interdisciplinary teams, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She previously served as a Behavior Specialist within the agency, giving her a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of clients, caregivers, and direct service teams.

Before joining Sample Supports, Olivia built a broad foundation across human services and behavioral healthcare in North Dakota and Minnesota. Her background includes behavioral health internships, community engagement work, group therapy support, and experience in both clinical and community-based settings. This diverse path shaped her strengths in client counseling, relationship-building, and supporting people through complex behavioral and emotional needs.

As a leader, Olivia is enthusiastic, servant-led, and detail-oriented. She approaches each day with a commitment to supporting her team, elevating client experiences, and creating an environment where staff feel valued, equipped, and empowered.

Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of North Dakota and an Associate of Science degree from Williston State College. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Colorado State University.

She is certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens through Sample Supports. Known for her reliability, empathy, and collaborative style, Olivia approaches every interaction with a commitment to dignity, growth, and meaningful outcomes for the people she serves.
