Sara has been a steady, compassionate, and reliable leader at Sample Supports since 2016, growing from a Direct Care Professional to a seasoned Director of Operations for Northern Colorado. With a Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree centered on Psychology, Sociology, and Disability & Human Development, Sara brings both deep clinical understanding and hands-on experience to her work supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In her current role, Sara manages community-based placements, supports host home providers, and ensures the health, safety, and stability of the individuals in her region.
