Carson Speicher brings a strong background in residential services, leadership, and person-centered support to his role as Boulder County Residential Program Manager. Since joining Sample Supports in 2024 as a Residential Coordinator, Carson has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality services, relationship-building, and empowering both individuals and support teams.

In his previous role as a Residential Coordinator, Carson coordinated residential services, conducted home visits, supported compliance efforts, and collaborated closely with individuals, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams. His dedication and leadership led to his advancement into management, where he now oversees residential operations, supervises providers and staff, develops policies and safety protocols, and helps ensure high-quality supports across Boulder County.

Known for his approachable leadership style and strong problem-solving skills, Carson is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can thrive. He believes in building meaningful connections, fostering team growth, and delivering services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Colorado, and staying active. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, where he earned a degree in Political Science, competed as a varsity athlete, and was recognized as an Academic All-American and two-time National Champion.
